Being a parallelogram also further enhanced the katana slash with the contrast of different inlay of wood species.

The feature of Eastern utilities

As Eastern utilities possess flexible qualities, the Sushi Tray is reversible from its tilted and flat surfaces. While dining, the tray caters to diners with the usage options of the horizontality, diagonality and verticality tray in accordance closeness of diners. Adding on to the flexibility of replaceable chopsticks on both sides the warm touch of wooden Eastern utilities.

The tilted surfaces not only aid in holding the chopsticks but also enhance the three dimensionality of the slash that is further continued with contrasting inlays of the chopsticks. Overall, from the auspicious shape to the three dimensionality, the Samurai Sushi Tray embodies the synergy of both Samurai and traditional cuisine of Japanese culture.
